Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role will engage with clients via phone, video calls, email, and other channels to understand their needs, present suitable consulting solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal consultants, track client engagements, manage follow-ups, and support proposal development and service delivery. This role will also monitor client feedback, identify opportunities for additional services, and help resolve issues promptly and professionally. The position requires proactive communication, careful documentation, and consistent relationship nurturing to support client retention and growth. Qualifications Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand business needs, and maintain long-term partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain consulting services clearly to diverse stakeholders. Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment. Basic understanding of small and medium-sized business operations, challenges, and growth strategies; prior experience in consulting or business services is an advantage. Comfort with remote collaboration tools (video conferencing, CRM systems, project management platforms) and proficiency with standard office software. Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues and improving service quality. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
