Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive business growth across a designated region. This role focuses on building client relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets for Pentoz’s IT services portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Represent Pentoz Technology at regional industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Mentor and guide junior sales staff in the region (if applicable). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in IT services or technology solutions, with a regional sales focus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of IT services including Cloud, Software Development, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. Preferred: Experience in selling to enterprise clients across verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
