Job Description Regional Sales Manager – West Africa Location: Senegal / Burkina Faso / Ivory Coast (Remote-based) Reports to: National Sales Manager (South Africa) Industry: Technology Solutions (Mining, Construction, Agriculture, Geospatial, etc.) Overview Our client, a market leader in advanced positioning, data analytics, and geospatial technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across West Africa. This role offers remote flexibility and is ideal for a tech-savvy, French-speaking professional with strong sales acumen and mining/surveying exposure. Key Responsibilities Sales Management Drive regional sales performance and meet set targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the allocated region. Maintain CRM records and accurate forecasting reports. Ensure timely delivery and strong after-sales support. Product & Client Management Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends. Build long-term partnerships with key clients. Understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly. Attend product launches and align with marketing efforts. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Mining, Engineering or similar. Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience. Proven success in business development and regional sales. Experience in mining, surveying, or related technology industries. Fluent in French and English . Other Requirements Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (business km reimbursed). Must be able to travel extensively in West Africa and occasionally to South Africa. Stable, high-speed internet and suitable home-office setup. Ideal Candidate Profile Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
