Job Summary We are seeking a Regional Functional SME with extensive expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ERP transformation programs. The candidate will play a key role in business process optimization, data migration, and system implementation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead O2C process design and transformation initiatives. Act as regional SME for Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit Management, and Collections. Gather business requirements and define process improvements. Support ERP implementation and deployment activities. Lead master data and transactional data migration activities. Ensure successful migration of customer, billing, and receivable data. Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Support testing cycles and business user training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and IT. Mandatory Skills 10+ years of O2C process experience. Strong expertise in AR, Billing, Credit Management, Cash Application, and Collections. ERP implementation experience. Mandatory Data Migration experience. Strong knowledge of customer master data management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills SAP OTC / Oracle Financials. Shared Services Operations. Process Improvement and Automation initiatives.
