The Role : This is a new role, self-managed and 100% remote from anywhere in the Uk. You will be developing new business opportunities, meeting new customers in person and driving sales. In this role, you will be trusted to operate independently, scheduling your own visits & working at your own pace. The role in a nutshel l: You will launch and grow a major international manufacturer's UK and European piping business to construction custome r s. Your product will remain in place for decades. Earnings capacity : Base salary plus 2% of contract value Average sales/contract values: between £20k -£5m +++ per annum Average sales time: 3-12 months (project size dependent) DUTIES • Identify, & develop new business with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, engineering companies, developers and construction project owners. • Nurture customers through regular visit , calls and emails • Negotiate pricing structures, commercial agreements and annual contracts • Monitor competitor activity, customer requirements and industry regulations • Liaise with engineering teams to provide technical solutions, product support and tender submissions. REQUIREMENTS Relevant sector sales experie nce (piping systems/fittings/water supply systems/drainage systems/plumbing and HVAC products /building & construction materials ) Strong understanding of the plastic piping m arket and applications within residential, commercial, and infrastructure pro jects. Familiarity with European regula tions, including BS EN standards and other relevant certifications
