Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Deputy General Manager at Fuzion Wealth. The Regional Deputy General Manager will support regional leadership in executing business strategy, overseeing day-to-day advisory operations, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality financial advice and client service. Responsibilities include managing regional performance metrics, supporting revenue and growth initiatives, and coordinating with advisors and support teams to meet client needs. The role will also involve participating in strategic planning, monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and implementing operational improvements. The Regional Deputy General Manager will contribute to talent development, support onboarding and coaching of team members, and foster a collaborative, client-centric culture across the region. Qualifications Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide and motivate distributed teams. Proficiency in regional business management, including planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and operational oversight. Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related advisory environments, with understanding of client service standards and regulatory expectations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. Comfort with remote work tools, CRM and practice management systems, and standard productivity software. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in financial services or leadership are an advantage. Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, client-centric thinking, and continuous improvement.
