Overview Full Time – Permanent Location – Subject to Successful Applicant, Field Based (Home Office) Working as part of the vascular leadership team, the Regional Business Manager, Peripheral Intervention will be responsible for managing sales, clinical, and business activities across all Division Programs in the assigned region, aligning region objectives with Division mission, vision and purpose, Division program priorities and overall company priorities. The successful applicant will have proven experience leading initiatives and have strong product and procedural knowledge within Peripheral and Vascular Intervention. Location will be subject to successful applicant with a preference for the role to be based on the East Coast of Australia. This role is open to Cook Australia employees only. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the business within the region is efficient, effective, and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers. Develop a business plan to address and communicate to Division leadership Responsible for Division KPI’s, customer satisfaction, and patient outcomes as well as P&L, with emphasis on sales, expenses, margin and direct contribution income of the assigned geographic or market vertical segment Lead the development of Territory Managers through regular in-field coaching, mentoring and performance feedback Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and external stakeholders to support business objectives, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth Determine sales, clinical, and business resources within the assigned region by assessing all parameters associated with the region. Allocate those resources appropriately according to customers’ needs Develop and execute a sales strategy with targeted future growth opportunities through established best practices/behaviours of existing business within assigned geographic or market vertical segment Effectively manage the clinical and business call points across division programs to ensure all customer call points are serviced at a high level Collaborate with Customer Support and Delivery to ensure appropriate conversion and customer services are utilized effectively and efficiently to serve the customers within assigned markets Work closely with Strategic Account Management and BCI teams to ensure Contracts are acted upon, utilized, managed and monitored effectively and efficiently Consistently collaborate with the Market Development Managers to establish, measure, meet and exceed business plan goals for each program Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of overall market through monitoring metrics and listening to feedback from customers and employees. Take action and resolve issues and gaps quickly and effectively Responsible for performance and wage reviews for team members Requirement to attend meetings and calls outside normal office hours Qualifications Extensive experience in sales and/or business management in the medical device industry required Bachelor’s Degree in related field or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background desired Prior experience managing people desired Previous sales management experience strongly desired Demonstrate strong business and problem-solving skills desired Demonstrate strong leadership skills desired Demonstrated strong strategic business skills desired Facilitates the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring quality standards Proactively works to build and maintain internal and external relationships and networks to share knowledge and achieve goals Availability and willingness to travel on company business Only applicants that have full working rights within Australia are eligible to apply.
