We are seeking a Reddit & Community Manager who can build, engage, and nurture online communities while driving organic growth through community-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Reddit engagement strategies
• Participate in relevant communities and discussions
• Build relationships with community members and moderators
• Manage Discord, Telegram, or other online communities
• Gather user feedback and insights
• Monitor discussions and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure positive community engagement and moderation
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Reddit and online communities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience in community management is preferred
• Ability to build authentic relationships with users
• Knowledge of community growth strategies
Probation Period
This position includes a probation period of 3 months before confirmation of employment.
