Who We Are Looking For We welcome applications from Recruiters across all disciplines, including: Full 360 / End-to-end recruiters Internal recruiters Candidate-facing / Sourcing specialists / Headhunters Client-facing / Business development recruiters Recruitment administrators and coordinators Onboarding specialists Talent acquisition professionals with niche industry experience What We Typically Look For In Recruiters Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal) Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable working US business hours (EST/CST alignment) Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is advantageous International or BPO exposure is a plus, but not a requirement Remote Work Requirements All roles are fully remote.
