This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping hiring processes running smoothly, from reviewing resumes and managing candidate pipelines to coordinating interviews and supporting recruiting operations. Responsibilities: Review incoming applicants and agency-submitted candidates against role requirements Organize and bucket candidates within the ATS based on qualifications and hiring criteria Ensure timely communication with agencies, maintaining a strong response SLA Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders Communicate professionally with candidates, agencies, and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the ATS Support recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives Assist recruiters with pipeline management and candidate tracking Help deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn Strong sense of ownership and follow-through Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus If interested and to learn more, apply today!
