The Opportunity: Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional ready to kickstart or advance your career in talent acquisition? We're seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this essential support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout our recruitment lifecycle. You'll play a key part in helping us attract and onboard top talent for our growing IT services and related industries. Requirements What You'll Do & What We're Looking For: Comprehensive Recruitment Support: Provide administrative and coordination expertise across the entire recruitment lifecycle, including assisting with candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, offer generation, and initial onboarding. Strong Communication & Data Management: Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, meticulously manage candidate data within our ATS/CRM, and prepare clear, timely recruitment correspondence. Key Tech Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs), with experience using Workerly, Recruiit, People, and CRM systems being a significant advantage. Industry & Client Focus: Ideally, have prior experience in recruitment support within medical and service-based industries (a significant advantage), coupled with experience working with U.S.-based clients or operations. Organizational & Collaborative Skills: Exhibit strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a collaborative approach to ensure efficient process flow, with availability Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST.
