Overview

Reliance Impact is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, driven, and excited by the opportunity to build strong client and candidate relationships while earning based on performance.

This is a commission-only opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely, access to a professional office environment when needed, and the proper tools, systems, and support required to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active job opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to placement
• Conduct candidate interviews and present top talent to clients
• Maintain accurate records through our ATS/CRM
• Develop new business opportunities and support client growth
• Provide a strong candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or CRM is an asset
