Overview We are seeking a high-performing 180 Recruitment Delivery Consultant with a proven track record in technology recruitment within the Life Sciences sector. This role is delivery-focused, partnering closely with Business Development teams to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent across SAP and AI-driven transformation programs on a contract and permanent basis. You will play a critical role in building and managing talent pipelines across global markets, with a primary focus on the U.S, while also supporting Europe, India, and LATAM hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Candidate Delivery & Talent Management Build and maintain strong pipelines, but not limited to SAP and AI/ML professionals across Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech). Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, network outreach). Conduct in-depth candidate screening and competency-based interviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance. Qualify candidates on technical expertise (SAP modules, AI/Data Science frameworks) and domain experience in Life Sciences Generate Business development opportunities based on your day to day activities *Please note the role will start off as remote, but will eventually be hybrid within our location in Fort Worth, TX.
