Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Recruitment Consultant role based in Leeds, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Recruitment Consultant will engage in sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process, and building relationships with both clients and candidates. The role involves managing recruitment activities, offering consulting services, and maintaining a high standard of communication throughout the recruitment process. The consultant will help align suitable candidates to open roles across senior management and executive levels. Qualifications Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, with a strong understanding of candidate sourcing and selection processes Demonstrated expertise in Consulting and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skill sets and cultural fit effectively Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and candidates professionally Proficiency in organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team Previous experience in executive or senior-level recruitment is a plus
