Job Description RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Construction Sales Talent (CST) Hours: 9am – 5pm EST Location: Remote – Open Globally Reporting To: CEO Compensation: Basic + Placement Bonuses (OTE $4,000+/month) Career Growth Path: Sr Recruitment Consultant(12–18 Months) The Role + The Impact Construction Sales Talent is a boutique recruitment firm specializing in placing elite B2B sales professionals within construction manufacturing, safety, industrial, and technical organizations across North America. We are small, focused, and performance-driven. This role is our primary revenue engine. Your ability to secure 4 placements per month directly drives company growth, client success, and long-term expansion into Europe within the next five years. We run a highly structured, hands-on recruitment process. Every candidate and client interaction matters. If you don’t naturally pay attention to detail and take pride in precision, this will feel intense. If you thrive on ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes, this will feel energizing. You will have two dedicated support team members assisting with sourcing and interview coordination so you can focus on quality, assessment, and closing. What You Will Do Daily Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance Conduct structured, in-depth candidate interviews Assess sales performance, territory growth, and technical selling ability Present high-quality shortlists within defined timelines Prepare candidates thoroughly for client interviews Debrief clients and candidates to control momentum Drive urgency in hiring decisions Manage offer negotiations and reduce counteroffer risk Maintain organized pipelines inside Zoho Recruit Leverage AI tools and creative sourcing strategies to stay ahead Your weekly production must support 4 placements per month. This is a performance seat. Requirements What We Are Looking For Experience Minimum 2+ years agency recruitment experience Experience placing B2B sales or technical roles preferred Comfortable working EST hours Hard Skills Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, database mining) Highly tech-savvy and AI-forward Organized with ATS discipline (Zoho experience is a plus) Creative problem-solver in competitive hiring markets Soft Skills Superior communication skills, written and verbal High accountability and internal drive Calm under pressure Strong decision-making ability Competitive but professional Detail-obsessed Coachable and growth-minded This is not for someone who waits to be told what to do Benefits Compensation Base Compensation: $3,000 CAD/month Placement Bonus: $500 CAD per successful placement Typical On‑Target Earnings start around $4,000 CAD/month depending on performance.
