As an Account Manager, you will focus on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, while our international team of experts supports you throughout the hiring journey. 👉 To learn more about our unique approach and team support, please visit: https:// go .active-connector.co.jp/infographic_faq_2306 📌 Main Responsibilities (At the time of hire) Conduct meetings with clients to understand hiring requirements Create and adjust job descriptions based on hiring needs Collaborate closely with team members, including sourcers and support staff Recommend candidates and follow up on application screening Communicate regularly with clients (via Google Meet, Slack, email, etc.) Schedule coordination and salary/offer negotiations with candidates and clients Track hiring progress and generate reports (Scope of work) You will perform duties as designated by the company. If changes in duties are required, you will be notified and changes will be made upon mutual agreement. ✅Requirements Must-Have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in the recruiting/staffing industry Business-level English Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1+) Availability to work primarily on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM A reliable PC and internet environment, and ability to work from home Nice-to-Have Experience recruiting in the tech field (e.g., for engineers) Experience supporting hiring for startups or venture companies 💼Employment Type & Work Conditions Employment type: Full-time employee (with 6-month probationary period — same salary conditions apply) Work style: Fully remote (anywhere in Japan) Flex time system with core hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (2 hour breaks possible, Friday half day possible) Working Days Options: Option A — Full-Time (5 days/week) Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week Monthly salary: ¥400,000–¥450,000 (Includes 40 hours of fixed overtime per month; Based on skills and experience) Option B — Reduced Hours (4 days/week, 30 hrs/week) 4-day week or 30hrs/week actively supported Monthly salary: ¥310,000–¥400,000 (Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime per month; Based on skills and experience) 🎯Recruitment Process Resume screening First interview (meet teammates) Second interview (meet group manager) Final interview (with CEO/CFO) *Order and number of interviews may change All interviews are conducted online Work Location Work Location: Remote (can be based anywhere in Japan) No future plans to change work location
