We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our growing team in Boston, MA. As a Recruiting Manager, you will will work a 360 Full Desk developing client relationships and providing sourcing and full-cycle recruiting services. This will involve making business development calls, organizing client meetings, and managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates. We are looking for: natural curiosity to learn more about the recruiting and placement process a proactive, hardworking, and entrepreneurial-nature a disciplined self-starter who can work proactively, often autonomously while prioritizing multiple tasks. an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with forecasted deadlines.
