Position Overview Staffing Solutions Home Care Nurses America Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & Credentialing Administrator to manage credential verification and compliance documentation for nurses and caregivers across multiple states. This role focuses exclusively on credentialing and regulatory compliance to ensure all staff meet required documentation standards before activation in the scheduling system. This position is classified as Non-Exempt (Hourly) and eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state law. What You’ll Do Verify nursing and caregiver licenses through state licensing boards Confirm certifications such as CPR, TB testing, and other required credentials Conduct OIG/GSA exclusion checks Maintain secure digital credential files Track expiration dates and send renewal reminders Ensure staff documentation is complete before scheduling activation Initiate onboarding workflow in internal systems upon hiring authorization from the Founder/CEO What You Bring Strong attention to detail Organized and process-driven work style Ability to manage confidential documentation Comfort using digital systems and document tracking tools Interest in learning healthcare compliance and credentialing processes Training will be provided.
