2. About the Opportunity:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in partnering with hiring teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and attract top talent. This position manages candidate scheduling and communication, contributing directly to the organization’s growth by ensuring seamless recruitment processes. The role demands creativity and ownership while maintaining high standards of coordination and engagement with candidates and internal teams.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and coordination for candidates across Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting teams.
• Develop and maintain efficient scheduling and recruiting processes.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters.
• Communicate effectively to facilitate a smooth candidate experience.
• Innovate and improve recruitment strategies in a competitive talent market.
4. Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting coordination or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to seek assistance when needed.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 (USD) per year, location-independent, aligned with the remote-first policy.
