Position Overview This role is primarily focused on recruiting and talent acquisition , with light involvement in HR administrative support. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support onboarding and documentation processes in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS Assist with offer coordination and hiring documentation HR & Onboarding Support Support new hire onboarding , including paperwork, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders Manage hiring-related documentation with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy Maintain organized records in ATS and HR systems Assist with compliance-related documentation and tracking Nice to Have Experience with high-volume or pipeline-based recruiting Exposure to healthcare recruiting or HR environments Core Competencies Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with light HR administrative tasks Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization Professional, discreet, and reliable This is a 100% Remote Job Up to $6/hr Full time
