The Role We're hiring a Recruiter to help execute searches across our growing client portfolio. This role is responsible for sourcing talent, managing candidate relationships, conducting interviews, coordinating processes, and helping drive successful placements. You will work directly with leadership and experienced recruiters while gaining exposure to real estate investment, development, construction, and operations organizations nationwide. What You'll Do Recruiting & Search Execution Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market research Build talent pipelines and develop target company strategies Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and qualification interviews Evaluate candidate backgrounds and assess fit for client opportunities Prepare candidate summaries and presentations for client review Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview process Assist in offer negotiation and closing efforts Process Management Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and clients Track search activity and candidate pipelines within internal systems Help manage multiple active searches simultaneously Maintain organized documentation, notes, and reporting Drive urgency and momentum throughout the recruiting process Team Collaboration Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and leadership on active searches Participate in weekly recruiting strategy meetings and training sessions Contribute sourcing ideas, market intelligence, and search strategies Continuously develop recruiting, sales, and relationship-building skills What We're Looking For 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, customer-facing, or related experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with candidates and building relationships over the phone Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Resilient and able to maintain momentum through challenges and rejection Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus Interest in real estate, business, private equity, investing, or recruiting is highly preferred Why Bullpen?
