Full-Time | $1000/mo | Monday - Friday EDT 9am-5pm Role My Hero VA is hiring a Recruiter who can source, interview, and deliver high-quality virtual assistant candidates for our clients. You must be organized, proactive, and able to evaluate talent effectively. If you're a problem solver who is not afraid to ask questions, and who enjoys the challenge of hitting certain KPIs and goals, then we want to hear from you. Goals and KPIs • Build strong pipelines of qualified remote worker candidates from different global locations • Conduct first round interviews and then turn over those recorded interviews/notes to your Manager to evaluate for next steps • Maintain clear communication and accurate tracking of all candidates within our recruiting tool, Breezy HR • Deliver top candidates quickly to your Manager Hard Skills Needed • Running LinkedIn paid job ads or willing to learn • Making job ads utilizing our client notes and Ai • Experience scheduling and interviewing candidates • Ability to source manually on LinkedIn through DMs and through groups • Solid LinkedIn network is preferred • Prior recruitment process experience is preferred • Experience using software such as Notion and Breezy HR Soft Skills Needed • C1/C2 written and spoken English (C2 preferred) • Friendly during interviews but selective and strict when evaluating talent • Highly organized • High-energy, hardworking, and supportive of the team • Strong problem solving and takes initiative • Not afraid to ask questions Communication Expectations • Fast responses • No missed messages - If something comes up, please make your team aware so everyone is on the same page • No missed meetings - If something comes up, please make your team aware so everyone is on the same page Payment & Benefits • Payoneer payments weekly • Paid company holidays off • Unlimited paid time off Schedule • Monday - Friday EDT 9am-5pm
