Your Pro fileWe are looking for someone who brings both recruiting expertise and strong communication ski lls:Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industr ies.Experience hiring in the Netherlands, Belgium (Flanders), Suriname, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and other Dutch-speaking territories worldw ide.Native or bilingual Dutch proficie ncy.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasiv ely.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independen tly.
