Position: US IT / Technical Recruiter (Night Shift) US Time Zone (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM)

Location: Remote (India Only)

Actual job location: Mangalore

We are actively hiring experienced US IT / Technical Recruiters with a strong background in W2 hiring.

Note: This role is strictly focused on W2 recruitment (NO C2C, NO implementation partners)

Requirements:

• Proven experience working exclusively on W2 requirements

Experience recruiting for roles across the following industries:

• Light Industrial
• Warehouse & Distribution
• Financial Services
• Customer Service
• Laboratory & Life Sciences
• Manufacturing
• Aerospace & Defense

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or US Staffing on w2 requirements

Job Summary:
