Able to work at pace & with multiple competing demands. Passionate about maintaining & improving recruitment best practice, promoting candidate experience whilst maintaining best service to both candidates and hiring managers. Solid international exposure & used to operating & engaging at a senior level. Strong delivery & client focused recruiter, skilled in developing internal & external business relationships. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in Talent/Acquisition required - small to medium (tech) company experience preferred Experience recruiting within the DACH region. Data Center experience preferred, but not essential – however must have track record recruiting into technical roles (Design, Engineering, Construction, Operations) Demonstrable track record of improving recruitment processes, optimizing candidate experience, improving direct hire/fill rates, improving onboarding experiences and then building internal talent pipelines (feeding into workforce/succession planning) Knowledge of ATS systems and fluent with managing data, analytics and commercials to drive decision making and best value/outcomes A team player that can influence and develop effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels Key personal traits: self-sufficient, dynamic, flexible, customer focused, passionate, ambitious, driven, collaborative, strong relationship builder, great communicator, committed to diversity and inclusion, committed to our company values and being a role model for the same every day A team player that can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels Fluency in English & German (essential) & at least one other European language (Polish, Italian, Spanish, French) is preferred Vantage Data Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer
