Position Overview The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across clinical and corporate roles. This role plays a critical part in scaling the organization by ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining efficiency and alignment with HelloHero’s mission and values. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source and attract candidates using social media platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Track candidate activity and hiring metrics using the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure job descriptions and postings are compelling, accurate, and aligned with company branding Support hiring for a variety of roles, including clinical (e.g., therapists, BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, LSWs, LISWs), corporate, and support staff Assist with onboarding coordination as needed Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles Qualifications 7+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in mental/behavioral health, school-based services, or startups) Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and communication skills Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred: experience recruiting clinicians, knowledge of credentialing/compliance, and startup or high-growth experience Key Competencies Healthcare & School-Based Recruiting Expertise – Understanding licensures requirements, school-based roles, and clinical qualifications (e.g., therapists, case managers, prescribers) Credentialing & Compliance Awareness – Familiarity with background checks, state licensures, and healthcare/school compliance standards High-Volume, Multi-State Hiring – Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different regions with varying requirements Strong Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Proactively building and maintaining pipelines of qualified clinicians Benefits Why Join HelloHero Make a direct impact on students and families in underserved communities Be part of a mission-driven, fast-growing organization Opportunity to build and scale systems from the ground up Collaborative team that values ownership, action, and communication Work Culture: We Are a Growth Mindset Team We Take Radical Ownership Take full responsibility for your work by meeting deadlines, proactively solving problems, and seeing tasks through to completion.
