Scale faster. Grow smarter. We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition department and looking for a 100% hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow globally. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on building high-performing Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Proactively source top talent through multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent pools, and creative outreach campaigns. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by leveraging direct sourcing and internal collaboration. Use data and market insights to evaluate recruitment performance, identify patterns, and test new approaches. Recommend and implement best practices in recruitment operations, hiring experience, and candidate journey. Identify bottlenecks in hiring and continuously improve pipeline speed and quality. Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and sourcing innovations to keep our approach fresh and competitive. Collaborate with the Talent team and hiring managers, helping to clarify team needs and define role requirements. Requirements 2–3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (product companies, agencies, or consultancies). Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical domains. Experience optimizing hiring workflows and leveraging automation tools. Strong sourcing creativity: you can find exceptional talent beyond LinkedIn. Solid understanding of product, tech, and commercial roles. Data-driven mindset: you know how to use recruitment metrics to make smart decisions. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
