This is a full-time remote role for a Recovery Head at PRIVATECOURT. The Recovery Head will take charge of resolving overdue financial accounts and creating recovery strategies to reduce default rates. Core responsibilities will include reviewing financial cases, negotiating settlements, communicating with stakeholders to ensure recovery targets are met, and implementing process improvements across the department. The individual will also ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, collaborate closely with legal and management teams, and produce detailed recovery progress reports.
