We are looking for a proactive and organized Outbound Call & Client Communications Coordinator to support our outreach and client communication efforts. This role focuses on making high-volume outbound calls to identify and connect with prospective architects and designers, with the goal of setting meetings for our team. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Make 50–100+ outbound calls per day using Primecall Reach out to architects and designers to introduce our services Identify potential prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes in the system Incoming Communication Management (Future Responsibility) Answer incoming phone calls Respond to messages from: Facebook Instagram Yelp Email Ensure all inquiries are acknowledged and routed appropriately Calendar & Email Coordination Schedule meetings for the team Manage and update calendars Send follow-up emails and responses to prospects Track communications and maintain organized records Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Confident speaking with professionals such as architects and designers Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple communication channels Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (if remote) Experience with CRM, call systems, or scheduling tools is a plus Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone Persistent and comfortable with outreach Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently
