Real Estate Data Entry Operator

2. About the Opportunity:

The Real Estate Data Entry Operator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of real estate data within the organization''s database. This role supports the integrity of client and transaction records, contributing to the smooth operation of the real estate services offered. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, often in a remote setting.

3. Responsibilities:

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.

• Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Work with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

• Maintain data privacy and comply with security regulations.

• Support report and presentation creation using collected data.

• Perform secretarial tasks including filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

4. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor''s degree preferred but not required.

• Experience in data entry or a related field.

• Familiarity with real estate terminology and procedures.

• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and data entry software.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills, especially for remote teamwork.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Pay range: $26.81 - $29.97 per hour.
