Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and support real estate business growth. Utilize AI-driven creative tools to design engaging marketing content and campaigns. Coordinate communication with clients and prospects through CRM platforms. Analyze marketing data and CRM metrics to improve campaign effectiveness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. PA duties Experience working with CRM systems, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with AI creative tools and software for content creation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
