Real Estate Assistant (Licensed Preferred)

HonestDoor is a consumer first platform and one of the highest trafficked real estate websites in Canada. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Assistant at HonestDoor. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, customer service, and assisting with real estate transactions. While the role is primarily located in Edmonton, AB, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications * Licensed preferred but an experienced unlicensed assistant will be considered! Responsibilities: Prepare listings & assist with loading listings to various real estate boards Help prepare signing of documents between HonestDoor and Home Sellers Via Docusign or other E-signatures Draftng, adding and changing photo's Ensuring we have full requirements from clients for listings Reply to emails to advise clients of their listings status, and what's missing from their listing Documenting client progress in CRM Monitor client progress and follow up to ensure timely service Submitting listings for Broker review Take phone calls daily with team members & customers Qualifications : 1+ years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Pillarnine / Matrix (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be extremely organized to manage all paperwork Knowledge of social media (creating, posting, managing messaging) Driver’s license (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with clients and team members in a professional manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently & manage time efficiently
