About Your Role Frontier Radiology is a physician-led, fully remote teleradiology practice built for the next generation of Radiologists. We combine flexible scheduling, highly competitive compensation, transparent operations, and modern technology to create a practice designed by Radiologists, for Radiologists. Our Radiologists work from anywhere while maintaining control over their schedules, productivity, and income. Frontier Radiology partners closely with one of the world’s leading radiology AI software companies to support efficient workflows and reduce administrative friction—allowing Radiologists to focus on what matters most: high-quality clinical interpretation and patient care. Our model prioritizes physician autonomy, transparency, and sustainable practice design, giving Radiologists the tools and flexibility to build the work style that fits their career and life. What You'll Do: Deliver accurate, high-quality interpretations across emergency and inpatient imaging, supported by workflow tools that assist with prioritization, measurements, and report drafting while keeping clinical judgment firmly in the hands of the Radiologist. Provide coverage during daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, with schedules typically structured around 8–9 hour shifts and flexibility depending on the rotation. Use streamlined worklists and smart workflow tools designed to reduce reporting friction and cognitive load. Communicate effectively with referring clinicians and collaborate with colleagues across the practice. Maintain compliance with credentialing and QA requirements with full administrative support. Compensation & Transparency: We believe Radiologists should always understand how compensation works and what they can expect to earn. Frontier Radiology offers: Highly competitive compensation with strong earning potential Flexible employment structures, including both W2 and 1099 options An interactive compensation calculator on our website that allows you to estimate your expected earnings based on: shift type number of shifts your personal RVU pace A culture of total transparency around productivity expectations, workflow design, and group operations A model designed to support quality-focused radiology, without rigid productivity quotas What You'll Bring: MD/DO with ABR certification or eligibility Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology or Neuroradiology preferred, but not required Comfortable interpreting ED and inpatient imaging Interest in working within AI-assisted workflows Why Frontier Radiology: Frontier Radiology was built around a simple idea: Radiologists should have more control over how they practice. Our model emphasizes: Physician-led practice design Flexible scheduling and remote work Transparent and predictable compensation Autonomy in how radiologists structure their work Technology that supports radiologists without replacing clinical judgment A culture focused on fairness, collaboration, and long-term sustainability This is more than teleradiology—it’s a modern practice designed to help radiologists thrive
