About the Role

The QC Executive will verify and maintain accurate venue pricing and availability information for wedding venues across India. This involves contacting hotels and resorts as a prospective customer, collecting data, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify venue pricing, packages, room inventory, capacities, and amenities.
• Check venue availability for assigned wedding dates.
• Record and update data in trackers with complete accuracy.
• Maintain call recordings, documentation, quotations, and supporting materials.
• Follow up with venues and escalate unresolved cases when required.
• Conduct regular audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in QA, customer support, hospitality, telecalling, vendor management, or data verification.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable making outbound verification calls.

Preferred Profile

Experience in hospitality, weddings, operations, customer service, or quality assurance with a strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
