About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, test strategy, team leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing QA standards, managing testing activities, mentoring QA professionals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, including manual and automation testers. Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards. Establish and improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, and Business stakeholders. Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing activities. Drive test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and test coverage. Monitor software quality metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership. Identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely resolution of defects and quality-related issues. Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance. Mentor, coach, and develop QA team members. Participate in release planning and production readiness reviews. Promote a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. 3+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience creating and implementing QA processes and testing frameworks. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience with API testing, integration testing, and regression testing. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations. QA certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus. Additional Requirements: Must be located within the United States.
