Quality Analyst (QA) Location: Remote (India) Experience: 4+ Years (must) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract About the Role D2 Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst (QA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile, and enterprise applications through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices. The candidate should have strong experience in manual and/or automated testing, defect tracking, test planning, and collaboration with development teams to deliver high-quality software products. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience in creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports Hands-on experience with Manual Testing methodologies Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG Knowledge of API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured Experience with performance and load testing tools Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience testing web and mobile applications Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders Validate software functionality, usability, performance, and reliability Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related feedback Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices Required Skills Manual Testing Test Case Design Defect Management Regression Testing Functional Testing Jira / Azure DevOps Agile Methodologies SDLC / STLC Nice-to-Have Skills Selenium Cypress Playwright API Testing SQL Automation Frameworks Performance Testing What We Offer 100% Remote Work Opportunity Flexible and Collaborative Work Environment Opportunity to work on diverse technology projects Career Growth and Learning Opportunities Competitive Compensation
