QA Tester - Work From Home / Dayshift

The QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of SaaS and mobile applications through hands-on functional testing. This role focuses on testing new features, identifying and reproducing issues, validating bug fixes, and uncovering edge cases before release. Working closely with developers and stakeholders, the QA Tester helps improve product quality, supports release readiness, and contributes to evolving QA practices, including future test automation. Perform functional testing across SaaS and mobile applications, including new features, enhancements, and updates. Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs, and verify fixes prior to release. Identify edge cases, unexpected behaviour, and potential quality risks through exploratory testing. Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and support timely resolution. Test APIs and integrations, ensuring system functionality and reliability. Manage and update work items, defects, and documentation in Azure DevOps. Support release readiness, improve QA practices, and contribute to evolving test automation efforts.
