As a QA Tester you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our software products. You will combine hands‑on manual testing with test automation, working closely with developers and product teams to support high‑quality, predictable releases.
This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, technically curious, and collaborative, who enjoys improving how quality is embedded across the delivery lifecycle.
How you will make an impact
- You will execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, ensuring defects are identified early and clearly reported.
- You will develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or similar tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
- You will support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, contributing to fast and reliable release cycles.
- You will assist with performance and load testing using tools such as K6, with results monitored via Grafana.
- You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA colleagues to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- You will document test plans, test cases, and results clearly, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- You will identify, report, and validate bug fixes, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, helping refine tools, processes, and best practices.
What we are looking for
- 1–4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, covering both manual and automated testing.
- Genuine interest in working with AI and other innovative new software tools
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as K6 and monitoring solutions like Grafana.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate and debug issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently within cross‑functional teams.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior QA colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing.
- Exposure to SaaS or e‑commerce environments and their specific quality challenges.
- Experience contributing to test strategy discussions, QA standards, or tooling decisions.
