About the Team The QA team consists of QA automation engineers and field testers operating across Europe, working in close collaboration with the Consumer and Network teams based in Berlin, Lisbon, and São Paulo. About the Role Recruit, onboard and manage field testers across multiple European locations, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration. Design and maintain a comprehensive field-testing framework covering network connectivity, SIM activation, plan provisioning, billing accuracy, roaming, and customer-facing app functionality. Define standardised test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and reporting templates that can be localised per market. Review and validate all test results submitted by field testers; identify false positives, gaps in coverage, and patterns. Triage and document defects with clear reproduction steps, severity ratings, and environment details. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive defect resolution and release decisions. Continuously refine testing methodologies based on lessons learned from each market rollout. Evaluate and introduce tools for test management, bug tracking, remote device monitoring, and automation where feasible.
