Role Overview: Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing activities by analyzing business requirements, creating test scenarios, executing tests, managing defects, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful releases and high-quality delivery. Role insights: Supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including preparation of test cases, test scenarios, and alignment with business stakeholders. Participating in UAT meetings, gathering feedback, validating results, and contributing to final acceptance decisions. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into comprehensive test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end test cases. Planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end testing activities in integration environments according to release timelines. Collaborating with stakeholders and testing teams to ensure proper test coverage, test data preparation, and timely delivery. Documenting, tracking, and coordinating defect resolution and retesting activities. Submitting and tracking orders in various front-end systems and providing clear testing reports and status updates. What makes you unique: Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including collaboration with business stakeholders and participation in acceptance and go-live activities. Previous experience in E2E testing, QA, or software testing in a similar environment. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to analyze requirements, create and execute test scenarios, and define acceptance criteria. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working. Good communication, collaboration, documentation, and reporting skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Nice to Have: Good command of German is a big advantage. Experience with telecommunication systems and integration testing. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Automation testing skills (e.g., Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI). Familiarity with order management or front-end systems in telecom. ISTQB certification or similar. Experience in participating in UAT and coordinating with business users.
