Psych Testing Psychologist Job Type Occasional (<20) We are expanding our team to increase access to holistic mental health services in the communities we serve. We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist who can provide psych-testing and psychological services, as a part of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient mental health setting. Position Summary: The Licensed Psychologist provides expert consultation, assessment, and intervention for clients. This team member conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews, interprets results, and delivers clear diagnostic reports and recommendations. The psychologist collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop client-centered care plans, maintains accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, and actively participates in team meetings to address complex cases. Job Duties: Provide psychological services, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention based on service demands and provider coverage needs. Develop and implement treatment plans, providing therapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, or groups. Provide individual or group therapy sessions to help clients address and manage psychological issues, emotional challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and provide insight into the development of team-based care plan. Utilize standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to evaluate developmental, cognitive, and behavioral aspects. Provide clear, concise assessment reports, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations. Write diagnostic evaluation reports based on interpretation of test results. Provide diagnostic findings, recommendations, and feedback for clients/families based on assessment results. Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on complex cases. Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. Submit required documentation within established timeframes, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Position Competencies: Verbal Communication Written Communication Critical Thinking Organizational Skills Education and Experience: A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure or eligible for licensure in the state of Nebraska. Two to three years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or counseling setting. Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Hybrid work environment (in office, in community, and remote). Company-issued laptop and cell phone. Travel to various office locations to meet client needs, as needed / as applicable by region.
