Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role requiring the Property Manager with a CMRAO License to be based in Hamilton, ON, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of condominium residential properties, ensuring Board and owner satisfaction while maintaining property standards. Key responsibilities include providing competent guidance according to the Condominium Act and governing documents of each Corporation, handling owner inquiries, coordinating maintenance, understanding and presenting financial performance, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including owner and Board relations.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks like maintaining records, managing property budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage resident interactions and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with property maintenance coordination, contractor management, and ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
• Proficiency in using CRM, Project ans Ticket management software and strong computer literacy.
• Knowledge of Condominium regulations and property management laws.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple properties and priorities effectively.
• Possession of a relevant certification (e.g., OLCM) is required.
• Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is required.
