Key Responsibilities · Own the client relationship and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery. · Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while acting as the primary client contact. · Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and delivery presentations. · Align client goals with production capabilities and marketing strategy. · Forecast resource needs and collaborate with department leads for allocation. · Identify and communicate scope changes, growth opportunities, and renewal options. · Track performance metrics, report progress, and maintain accurate documentation. · Contribute to continuous improvement of Blayzer’s project processes and client service model. Qualifications · 4–7 years of blended experience in project management and account management within a digital agency. · Strong technical understanding of web and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, etc.). · Proven track record of managing multiple clients and complex web builds simultaneously. · Advanced communication, leadership, and analytical skills. · Experience with Zoho, Basecamp, and time tracking/reporting systems.
