Project Manager - Tier 3

Role : Project Manager Experience : 6+ years Location : Remote Required Skills: IT Program Management skills and PMO experience preferred. Experienced in Transition Management. Should have a passion for management and technology product and solution. PMP/Prince 2/CSM certification preferred. Technical Solution skills to work with Architects, technical resources for helping discuss and formulate solutions. Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, Jira etc. Manage schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for project. Responsible for managing IT Software Infrastructure Projects. Finalizing deliverables & timelines. Risk and Issue identification which can impact Scope and Schedule of the project. Managing dependencies and interfaces between projects and / or various IT groups. Managing critical path and impact to the project as well as tracking the scheduled activities and milestones through completion. Technical Skills preferred : Infrastructure Management O365 SharePoint MS Teams VDI Intune End user computing Workplace management Deskside management Application Software IT infrastructure software Soft skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills. Team and people management skills. Ability to work in a 24*7 environment. Flexible in rotational shifts.
