As part of its next phase of growth in the United States, Mouratoglou is developing a new generation of premium padel centers, combining sport excellence, community, and lifestyle experience. As we scale our padel infrastructure across multiple active jobsites simultaneously, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our facility projects end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity to take high ownership of a fast-growing premium sports brand's physical expansion across the United States. THE ROLE The Project Manager leads the full delivery of sports facility construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout, under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Engineering. You own the contractual, financial, and technical follow-up of each project, coordinating the day-to-day work of architects, engineers, the General Contractor, and subcontractors. This is a remote role based on the Eastern region with regular travel to active jobsites (up to 50% of the time). Key Responsibilities Pre-construction Support feasibility studies and review of zoning and occupancy classification (IBC, Assembly Group A-3 / A-4) Coordinate with architects and engineers through design development and construction documents Prepare budgets, estimates, and project schedules; support bidding and GMP analysis Track permitting and approvals: building permits, sign permits, inspections Construction monitoring Maintain the project schedule and track critical path milestones Manage contractual relationships with subcontractors (AIA / AGC / ConsensusDocs) Process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders Monitor quality and code compliance (IBC, NEC, plumbing, ADA accessibility) Enforce jobsite safety in line with OSHA standards Cost management Track the project budget, pay applications, and committed costs Maintain change order logs and flag variances early Prepare regular progress reports (cost, schedule, risk) for the Director of Field Operations Stakeholder management Coordinate with local authorities, inspection services, and utilities Ensure clear and timely communication with ownership and partners Identify and escalate risks and roadblocks before they become problems Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture 5 years of commercial construction project management experience in the US Prior exposure to Assembly, sports, recreation, or clear-span building projects preferred Demonstrated ability to manage a project end-to-end, on budget, on schedule Solid working knowledge of the IBC, local codes, permitting, and inspections Good command of construction contracts: AIA, AGC, ConsensusDocs; GMP and lump sum Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; plan reading (Revit / AutoCAD a plus) Experienced in budget tracking, cost control, pay applications, and change order management OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required PMP or CCM in progress is a plus; LEED Green Associate preferred Strong communication, field coordination, and prioritization skills Rigorous, transparent, and technically sharp. Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment Fluent English required; French or Spanish a plus Authorization to work in the United States required
