Job Description Major Responsibilities: Managing Salesforce implementation and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud execution Manage new and existing clients in the implementation of Salesforce and Service Cloud platform and serves as the technical solution strategist or business analyst. Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes and client technical environments. Leads discovery, service or solution design sessions and develops key artifacts including, but not limited to process diagrams and concepts of operation. The Solutions Implementation Consultant provides software training during and after the implementation process to achieve desired high-quality client service results. Will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales and IT Teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. Focuses on details and aesthetics to support the customer value proposition (CVP), and maintains a strong, visible corporate presence at business and community events to promote the company’s CVP. Working with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus. Requirements Minimum Experience and Training Requirement: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT related discipline along with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, or Salesforce implementation. 4+ years of work experience in implementing or supporting Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Services software is required. 2+ years directing program activities to meet client and work objectives and have served clients (vendor side) to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. Using Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, IM, and social media platforms. Salesforce and Service Cloud certifications are a plus. Work experience with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, learning agile, and a problem solver.
