Project Manager (Remote Job)

About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our core leadership team. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the company — working directly with the C-level team to keep projects on track, people aligned, and communication flowing across time zones. This is a hands-on coordination role — not just reporting, but actively driving progress.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams across gaming, software and operations
  
• Run daily check-ins with team members and track progress
  
• Join weekly sprint kickoff and review meetings with leadership
  
• Manage tasks and sprints in Notion — create, assign, and follow up
  
• Build and maintain internal processes and systems
  
• Flag blockers early and help the team resolve them quickly
  
• Handle operational problems before they escalate
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English – written and spoken, professional level
  
• Hands-on experience with Notion, Slack, and similar project management tools
  
• Heavy AI user – Claude, ChatGPT and similar LLMs are part of your daily workflow
  
• Background in project management, operations, or team coordination
  
• Remote experience – you know the discipline it takes
