Role / Job Description Lead the successful delivery of medium-to-large-scale projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and schedule. Take full end-to-end responsibility for project execution, aligned with the responsibilities of a Project Manager role. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide leadership throughout all project phases, and drive the achievement of project objectives with excellence. In more detail: Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resources. Define the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create a detailed work plan as well as the critical path, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Determine the resources required to complete the project in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop a project schedule that effectively allocates resources to activities, in alignment with the approved Statement of Work (SoW). Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of required skills and expertise. Identify all necessary stakeholders and establish communication channels. Follow the project monitoring methodology of RC (tools, KPIs, communication path & escalation process). Identify project stakeholders and their interests and expectations. Effectively manage communication with the customer’s governing bodies to verify positive collaboration and active participation towards the project’s objectives. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between stakeholders, project team, and other relevant parties. Identify, assess and prioritize project risks and opportunities. Develop and implement risk response plans to mitigate or exploit identifies risks. Monitor and review risk status throughout the project cycle. Gather and maintain all necessary documentation related to the project, as well as ISO acceptance protocols for each project phase. Provide project progress reports against milestones and deliverables for internal & external stakeholders. Qualifications What sets you up for success BSc and/or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field 2 – 5 years of experience in relevant position Proven experience in managing technology projects up to completion Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Greek and English languages Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in Microsoft projects will be considered a plus PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar certification will be considered a plus Competencies - Soft Skills Drives results Collaboration Communicates effectively Ensures accountability Balances stakeholders Decision Quality Plans & Aligns Manages Conflict Benefits The opportunity to be part of one of the leading Professional Services provider in Greece.
