- Track progress across technical initiatives (e.g. platform improvements, integrations, migrations)
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Translate technical progress into clear, structured updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own and prepare recurring reporting (e.g. status decks, sprint/initiative summaries)
- Support high-level visibility on capacity, sequencing, and major trade-offs across platform initiatives to support prioritization discussions
Technical Governance & Cadence Management
- Set up and manage key delivery cadences (e.g. sprint syncs, platform reviews, steering meetings)
- Prepare structured agendas, pre-reads, and supporting materials
- Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and next steps
- Capture and track decisions, actions, and technical follow-ups
- Support domain-related governance forums by tracking decisions and ensuring follow-through into delivery
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as a coordination layer between platform, product, and business teams
- Ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
- Support communication of platform changes, releases, and impacts to stakeholders
- Help enforce ways of working and best practices in planning and tracking
Ownership of Smaller Technical Initiatives
- Independently manage smaller platform-related projects (e.g. tooling improvements, process optimizations, minor integrations)
- Define scope, milestones, and delivery plans in collaboration with engineers
- Drive execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation actions
