Senior Project Manager – Digital Health (Contract) Location: Remote within Canada (Must work PST hours) Contract goes to October 2026 and then there are possible extensions to Aug 2027 We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Digital Health transformation initiative focused on digital referrals, laboratory systems, and medical imaging solutions within a complex healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital health and clinical technology initiatives • Manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communications • Coordinate with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders across multiple organizations • Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies • Drive issue resolution, governance processes, resource planning, and project execution activities • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, documentation, and production turnover activities Requirements: • 5+ years of Project Management experience within large enterprise environments • Strong experience delivering healthcare, clinical systems, or digital transformation projects • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience with EMR/CIS systems, healthcare integrations, or digital health ecosystems is highly preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification considered a strong asset • Experience within the Canadian healthcare sector highly preferred Additional Information: • Must be located and authorized to work in Canada • Must be comfortable working Pacific Time (PT) hours • Opportunity to work on large-scale provincial digital health transformation initiatives
